The IBP will store your Personal Data only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes defined below.
The credential for this event is personal and non-transferable as long as its acceptance does not violate the rules or internal policies of your organization. A reprint fee of R$60 will be charged in cases of loss, theft, and/or forgetting.

Included in the congress registration: the congress registration fee includes participation in all the conference and exhibition programming. All other costs involved in participating in the event (food, transportation, parking, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Included in the exhibition registration: the exhibition visitation registration fee includes entry only to the event fair and parallel events without access to the congress's technical content. All other costs involved in participating in the event (food, transportation, parking, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Included in the iUP Innovation Connection registration: the iUP registration fee includes access to the iUP space, exhibition visitation, and parallel events without access to the congress's technical content. All other costs involved in participating in the event (food, transportation, parking, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Included in the ROG.e VIP PASS registration: includes access to the iUP space, exhibition visitation, and parallel events, access to the congress's technical content, and the VIP ROG.e Club space. All other costs involved in participating in the event (food, transportation, parking, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Payment methods: Bank slip or credit card in up to 6 installments without interest.

Registration cancellation: registration cancellation and refund requests will be accepted if made within 7 days of purchase. After this period, no payment refunds will be made. When applicable, the refund will occur between 30 and 60 days after the cancellation communication. To request the cancellation of a registration, send an email to eventos@ibp.org.br.

Participant change: To change the participant's name, send an email to eventos@ibp.org.br with the change request up to 48 hours before the event. Badge swapping is expressly prohibited.

Invoice issuance: Service invoices will be issued upon verification and compensation of payment and will be available for download in the client's logged-in area.

Certificate: the participation certificate will be issued after the event only for congress participants and will be available in the participant's logged-in area.
