IBP will store your Personal Data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes defined below.

This event credential is personal and non-transferable, provided that its use does not violate your organization’s internal rules or policies. A reprint fee of BRL 70.00 will be charged in cases of loss, theft, and/or forgetting the credential.

Included in the Congress registration: the registration fee includes participation in the entire conference and exhibition program, as well as happy hour events and concerts. Any other costs related to participation in the event (meals, transportation, parking, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Included in the Exhibition registration: the exhibition visitor registration fee includes access only to the exhibition area and parallel events, without access to the technical congress content, as well as happy hour events and concerts. Any other costs related to participation in the event (meals, transportation, parking, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Included in the ROG.e VIP PASS registration: includes access to the iUP area, exhibition and parallel events, access to the technical Congress content, and access to the VIP ROG.e Club area, as well as happy hour events and concerts. Any other costs related to participation in the event (meals, transportation, parking, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Payment methods: bank slip payment (“boleto bancário”) or credit card payment.

Registration cancellation: requests for registration cancellation and refund will be accepted if submitted within seven (7) calendar days after purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued. When applicable, refunds will be processed between 30 and 60 days after the cancellation request is communicated. To request a registration cancellation, please send an email to eventos@ibp.org.br.

Participant replacement: to change the participant’s name, please send an email to eventos@ibp.org.br with the replacement request no later than September 14, 2026. Badge sharing is strictly prohibited.

Invoice issuance: service invoices will be issued after payment verification and clearance and will be available for download in the customer’s logged-in area within up to 48 hours after payment confirmation.

Certificate: participation certificates will be issued after the event only for Congress and VIP PASS participants and will be available in the participant’s logged-in area within up to 15 days after the end of the event.
